Your typical party schedule

  • Your party host will arrive approx. 10 minutes ahead of your allotted time & set up ready for the attendees to jump aboard. You need to ensure we have a suitable parking spot and access to a single plug socket and your router if Fortnite is requested.
  • Once onboard, your party host will run through our gaming/van rules.
  • It’s GO TIME. Players sit in pairs so no one has to wait a turn.
  • Any add-ons such as sweetie cones will be handed out as you exit the bus by your host.
  • We wave goodbye, until next time.

Children and Adult Birthday Parties

We are your solution to a completely stress, mess and hassle free party experience!

We bring the party venue straight to your door and provide a whole host of fun for the kids, or big kids, in our unique gaming vans. “This is the best party ever”, “I want this for my birthday” and “This is awesome” are just some of the comments we get from children at the parties we attend but do you want to hear the best bit? We have two gaming party van’s named Mario and Vinnie, yes that’s right they’ve got names. Both are custom built and kitted out with 12 gaming seats, 6 consoles, 6 HD TV’s (players sit in pairs), surround sound and awesome lighting. Individually they seat up to 12 people but we can provide both seating up to 24 people.

If you don’t have children yourself when you are organising a wedding it can be difficult to decide whether to allow children to your special day and it’s often a big dilemma a lot of Bride and Grooms face. Gamezstation can help you celebrate and promote attendance and behaviour with individual, class and whole school rewards by bringing our unique gaming vans to your school. Book both vans seating up to 24 at a time, for whole school events and large numbers we offer sessions on a rotational basis throughout the day so everyone can play.
