Both of our vans are approximately 7 m x 2.5 m. We don’t take up much more room than the length of 2 cars.

Each of our vans seats up to 12 people and we have 2. If we are booked for an event then we can accommodate larger numbers by offering sessions on a rotational basis.

No, worry not for the duration we are booked. Go and enjoy a glass of wine or that TV programme you’ve been meaning to catch up on for weeks!
Because nobody does it better! Our idea was born from own experiences. We are passionate about games and want to deliver the best possible experience for our party goers.
Ideally as soon as possible! We don’t like to disappoint anyone and we do get booked up well in advance. However, if your desired date is within a couple of days, still contact us as we might have last-minute slots available.
Our preferred method of payment is by BACS transfer. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking with the final balance due 1 week before your event. Only when your deposit is received will your party be confirmed.
Unfortunately not, the way that our vehicles are designed does not allow for this. We recommend feeding before or afterwards.
Our staff are on hand throughout the duration of the booking to support with game playing.
We are designed to take away the stress and hassle of organising a party by bringing our gaming vehicles to your home or selected venue, you don’t need to lift a finger. We can entertain up to 12 people in each van at any one time and our staff aim to create a fun, competitive and safe environment!
If we are unable to attend an event due to the compromise of safety to ourselves and others because of adverse weather conditions as well as the event of an accident whilst mobile, then payment will be refunded or alternatively a new date can be arranged to suit. Deposits are non-refundable.
